Charles Bridge Image Tour
From Old Town (Stare Mesto) to the Small Side (Mala Strana)
Visiting Prague and not going across the Charles Bridge is quite a challenge.
However, this is not due to a lack of bridges. The Charles bridge was built in 1342 after a design by Peter Parler.
Statues on the bridge
In order to preserve the original statues, they have been placed in the large subterranean barrack
of Vysehrad. Replicas now line the bridge.
